Westhills Mall

Westhills Mall, the largest mall in West Africa, covers about 27,800 square meters and is located along the Cape Coast road, a 15-minute drive from Weija in the Ngleshie Amanfrom Constituency. The mall consists of parking space for more than 1,200 cars and also features a basement specifically for the parking of trucks that bring in goods for restocking the various shops in the mall.



The Westhills Mall comprises different shopping areas, including electronics, eateries, a game center, a financial center, a salon, a clinic, a car wash park, and a supermarket. The ground floor of the mall mainly consists of all the shops, such as Shoprite, Melcom, Samsung showroom, Max Buy/Techno shops, and MTN office. The mall opens at 7:30 AM and closes at 10 PM each day, with 24-hour security and a police post on site every day.
Personal Touch: 

It is an interesting place to visit any time, any day. My favorite part is the Shoprite, where you can find any product you might think of, including beverages, food, detergents, ice cream, seafood, stationery, and kids' play items.

                                                            Personal Experience: 

I remember my first day visiting the mall to purchase some items. Due to its size, I was overwhelmed by what to buy. I kept selecting items until I realized I would run at a loss if I stayed longer. I advise anyone to make a list or a budget before visiting the mall, or you might end up like me.

                                                                     Best Times to Visit: 

There is no specific best time to visit. Personally, I avoid visiting during holidays because the mall gets very crowded, and even the parking space becomes congested. However, those who love entertainment or large crowds might enjoy visiting during holidays, especially during Eid al-Fitr, Easter, and Christmas.


                                                                    Parking Advice: 

You can park at your convenience, but I advise drivers unfamiliar with the mall to read the signs orst to indicate where they parked. This way, after shopping, you can locate your car quickly instead of wandering around searching for it.

                                                      Special Events or Promotions: 

Shops like Melcom offer discounts annually, similar to Shoprite. During holidays, entertainment for both young and old takes place. It's just fun to be there at any given time.
